US Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders below $75 ship at a flat rate of $8.99. US orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Jamaica, New York and are dispatched via UPS or FedEx.

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days from date of dispatch
• Carriers: UPS, FedEx
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched
• Free shipping threshold: Orders over $75 ship free

International Shipping

International orders are fulfilled from our manufacturing facility in New Delhi, India. We ship to 30+ countries via DHL or FedEx International.

• Delivery time: 7–14 business days from date of dispatch
• Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx International
• Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking provided
• Duties and taxes: Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country and are not included in the product price.

US Stock vs. India Stock

Products marked US Stock on the product page are held at our Jamaica, New York warehouse and ship within the US delivery window above. All other products ship from India and carry the international delivery timeline, even for US customers. Product pages clearly indicate which stock location applies.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the following business day.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
