30-day refunds. No questions asked on standard orders.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

• Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable
• Installed or modified items are non-refundable
• Requests outside the 30-day window will be assessed case by case
