Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on standard orders within 30 days of the delivery date. No lengthy explanations required — if the product is not right for your project, we will arrange a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused and in original, uninstalled condition
• In original packaging with all components present
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Bespoke and custom-made orders (items made to your specific dimensions, finish, or engraving)
• Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper installation
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit. In those cases, SSISKCON will arrange and cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same SKU in a different finish, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, email [email protected] with your order number and the finish you require.
