SSISKCON began over 25 years ago in a small rented workshop — a single-minded commitment to producing stainless steel hardware that would outlast the buildings it was fitted to. We chose premium-grade stainless not because it was the cheapest option, but because it was the right one. We have never changed that.
Today, SSISKCON GMH LLC is a US-registered company — the first Indian hardware manufacturer to establish a US entity and stock hardware in the United States. Our warehouse in Jamaica, New York, means US buyers receive their orders without international delays or customs uncertainty.

Why Premium Grade Stainless
What Premium Grade Stainless Means
Premium-grade stainless steel is an 18/8 chromium-nickel alloy — 18% chromium creates the passive oxide layer that gives stainless its corrosion resistance, 8% nickel adds ductility and toughness. It is the most widely specified structural stainless in construction worldwide.
Export Specification
Export specification means dimensional consistency between batches. The 4-inch hinge you specify today will match the 4-inch hinge you order in 18 months. Tolerances are held to ±0.1mm across all products.
Heavy-Duty Variants
For marine, industrial, and aerospace applications requiring greater corrosion resistance, we can supply 316-grade (molybdenum-alloyed) variants. Contact us with your specification requirements.
Our Process

Design & Specification
Every product begins with dimensional engineering to export tolerances. Load ratings, pin configurations, and finish codes are defined before a single piece of steel is cut.

CNC Machining & Forming
Computer-controlled machining ensures consistency across every batch. No hand-file variance. Every hinge, bolt, and handle matches its specification exactly.

Finishing
Mirror Polish requires multiple grinding and polishing passes. Brushed Satin is achieved through controlled unidirectional abrasion. Each piece is inspected before packing.
04
Quality Control & Export
Final inspection against dimensional specifications. US-bound stock is verified, packed, and dispatched to our Jamaica, New York facility for rapid fulfilment.
