Return Authorization Policy of SSiskcon
Buyer Returns
– Items requested for return are subject to a 25% restocking fee; products must
be in resalable condition
– All returns require valid documentation issued by SSiskcon
– Return freight must be paid by customer
– Requests made after 90 days from date of invoice will not be authorized
– Custom hardware not part of SSiskcon stocked North American product line is not subject to return
Defective Material
– Defective materials are handled within SSiskcon standard Warranty policy
– SSiskcon will issue return labels for defective materials
– Defective materials are subject to SSiskcon inspection
– Full product credit or replacement will be made for all defective material
– SSiskcon will credit any freight charges borne by customer return should product be defective
– If item is NOT defective, returned product is subject to SSiskcon normal return policy. In this circumstance, under no condition will credit be issued after 90 days from invoice date
Responsibility of Customer
– Should an item be returned that is not in resalable condition the customer has 5 working days to instruct SSiskcon as to how the product is to be disposed. All freight charges for disposal are borne by customer. After 5 days, SSiskcon will place all products into the automatic recycling process.
